On Jan 20, 2023, the U.N.’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) announced that it had accomplished its first aid convoy to the front lines - almost an entire year after Russia launched its invasion. According to Reuters, a three-truck convoy brought aid to around 800 people close to Soledar in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region.
