Inside Cyber Warfare - Third Edition will be out in two weeks
Here's how to get one of 100 signed and numbered copies
The above image is from an article I wrote for Oreilly.com on March 22, 2022 entitled “D-Day in Kyiv.”
That early article is good background for what prompted me to write this book, which is completely different from the two earlier editions, and much more personal, because the friends that I’ve made in Ukraine, the home of my maternal grandparents, are in an existential war.
If they lose, they’ll be killed.
So I wrote this book to make sure that their exploits will be recorded and known to the world, to describe how vulnerable we are in a world held together by insecure code, and to help you understand the importance of building resilience into our infrastructure as well as into your own personal life.
Every good book is the result of a collaboration between the author and everyone who provided feedback - from technical reviewers to editors, and this book is no different. I’m very proud of what we have managed to create for your reading enjoyment and, I hope, education.
The Kindle edition is out now, and Amazon is taking pre-orders with an expected delivery date of Oct 22nd. That’s two years and seven months to the day from when “D-Day in Kyiv” was published.
In order to celebrate, I’ve made 100 signed copies available for pre-order, and they’ll come with a special commemorative gift from the team in Ukraine that celebrates one of their many victories against Russia. The price is $88.
There are sixteen copies left from the original 100. Here’s how to get your’s.
